Great location! The hotel was conveniently situated near shops and cultural attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. The view from the window was also a pleasant surprise, offering a nice glimpse of the surroundings. The fact that there were shops nearby was definitely a bonus as well, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. the location of the hotel was a major plus.
Communication and cleanliness could have been better. Initially, there was confusion with the keys and the staff's communication was not the best.

The host, Kate, was super helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. The room, despite its size, was mind-blowingly clean and the washrooms were surprisingly fresh. The owners definitely need to pay more attention to their property. The location was jaw-droppingly central and we were able to explore everything easily. The facilities, including the Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils, were top-notch. The paid airport shuttle was a great convenience. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for relaxing evenings. The lift made it easy to access our room. The outdoor dining area provided a charming and enjoyable atmosphere. The fact that cots were available was a pleasant surprise, and we appreciated the no-pets policy. Lastly, the no smoking policy ensured a fresh and clean environment throughout our stay.

Our stay at Budgetplus Key Apartaments Panska was a disappointment from the start. Upon arrival, we were left waiting in freezing cold weather for over 3 hours, locked out of the building because the owner had changed the locks and failed to provide us with the new code. We reached out to the owner for help but received no response, leaving us stranded and feeling abandoned. The lack of communication and consideration from the owner was absolutely appalling.
